Someone suggested using liquid dishwasher soap on the shower floor.
I tried it and it really works.
Spread it around and let it sit for half an hour and it will look brand new again. I thought I had tried everything and was never fully satisfied with the results.
As we discussed, the banks/lenders and mortgage holders that are contacting the residents are seeking proof of insurance. The way that we provide the proof of insurance is with a certificate of insurance. Even if the bank says that “request a copy of the policy or a copy of the declarations page” what they will actually receive is a certificate of insurance.

To properly issue a certificate of insurance we need the following information:
1) The name and address of the borrower
2) The Loan #
3) The mortgage clause as the bank or lender requests it to read.
